The third month
Redpolls twittering in the morning. Boreal owls trilling at night. Temperature swings from 20 below to 20 above in one day. The need for sunglasses, and sunscreen. Skiing home from work in the light. Great memories of trails traveled and those to come. Yes.

That's a photo of Forest Wagner ascending Geohenda Creek in the Wrangells, a good place to be in March (or any other time). I want to be there too. Good job on the wooden skis!

We are into Spring down here too, but it is a little warmer.
Warm (50 deg.F) rainy (lots of it) and windy (lots of it).
They say the sun will be out one of these days.
